BYRAM, MS (Mississippi News Now) - Byram's police chief told 3 On Your Side that a Jackson police officer was arrested following an incident there Friday night.
Chief Luke Thompson said he was advised of the incident, but doesn't know specifics.
Neither the officer's identity nor charge has been released by law enforcement.
Jackson Police Chief Lee Vance said he heard about the arrest, but JPD has not been able to confirm it at this point.
