FOX 40 was on the scene where heavy winds caused tree limbs to slam into a house on Smith Robinson Road in Jackson.
Right now, JPD is there directing traffic as emergency crews work to restore power to the house.
And just right down the road on North West Street heavy winds and rain caused a tree to fall in the middle of the street..
Crews are also working to remove that tree from the roadway.
