A 23-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot Thursday morning in the Presidential Hills subdivision.
The shooting occurred about 10:30 on James Garfield Circle, and three people are handcuffed in front of a residence across the street from where the victim fell.
Witnesses tell us the shooting stemmed from an ongoing dispute over a broken mailbox.
Detectives found at least seven shell casings at the scene.
